Exchanges / Refund Policy:

At The Beautiful Brand we offer a 10 day refund/exchange policy for merchandise that has not been opened or tampered with. There is a NO RETURN POLICY  on merchandise that has been opened.  

In order to receive a refund or exchange you must first contact us via email with the following information:

-In the subject line include your order number and "Refund Request".

-The reason for your refund request or exchange

-Your contact information

Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply for a reply. We will send you an email containing our "returns" address. Once you receive the address, please ship the merchandise to the appropriate address. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

You are responsible for all shipping fees. We recommend that you send you return with a tracking number because The Beautiful Brand LLC will not be responsible for lost returns. 

Also please indicate on your package "Return RMA"  Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, you will be issued Returned Merchandise Authorization and you will be refunded within 2-3 business days.
